Recommendation
This is an informational session to provide the City Council with information regarding the city-wide Strategic Planning & Balanced Scorecard Initiative. This session will provide an overview of what strategic planning is, why it’s important for our community and organization, and an introduction to the Balanced Scorecard management system.
