Recommendation
This is a request for City Council to recommend approval to the Arizona Department of Liquor Licenses and Control of a person-to-person, location-to-location transferable series 6 (Bar - All Liquor) license for The Glass House located at 5160 West Northern Avenue. The Arizona Department of Liquor Licenses and Control application (No. 06070451) was submitted by Hope Davina Miller.

The location of the establishment is in the Barrel District and is over 300 feet from any church or school. The property is zoned C-2 (General Commercial). The population density within a one-mile radius is 18,888. The Glass House is currently operating with an interim permit, therefore, the approval of this license will not increase the number of liquor licenses in the area by one. The current number of liquor licenses within a one-mile radius is as listed below.

The City of Glendale Development Services, Police, and Fire Departments have reviewed the application and determined that it meets all technical requirements.
